Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
