Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. You will play a key role in ensuring the store looks its best by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment safely and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
