Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the team will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
