Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, engage with customers, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory management, cash handling, and uphold company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
