Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
