Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations by merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
