Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance during shopping experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for employment at Aldi.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
