Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory issues, and scanning errors.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and following instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
