Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory and store issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment according to safety standards.
