Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Help manage inventory, adhere to cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store management team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
