Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves and displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and working in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
