Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks and follow procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail work experience is a plus.
