Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a dynamic company offering competitive wages and excellent benefits. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
