Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, provides exceptional customer service, and collaborates effectively with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, merchandise stocking, and general cleaning tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
