Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Help with inventory management and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
