Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management
- Provide feedback, participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
- Efficiently operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in retail preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
