Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
