Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
