Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
