Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
