Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and suggestions to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, efficient, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent is acceptable.
