Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory management and accuracy checks.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize errors.
- Comply with company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
