Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
