Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain well-organized merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
