Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and demonstrate outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
