Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Capable of handling and selling alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
