Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
- Follow operational procedures, comply with policies, and maintain store security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and maintaining store standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
