Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the necessary competencies and professional skills for the role
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of safely operating various equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
