Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enrich the shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and support the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Execute merchandising strategies, including stocking shelves, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately while adhering to company cash policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address customer needs and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed to uphold ALDI standards.
• Contribute to store inventory management by participating in inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
• Complete any other assigned tasks to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and tools required for the role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
