Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
