Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and handle data confidentially.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
