Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stock management, and collaborating with the team to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
