Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory management processes and provide feedback on store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
