Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
