Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality of data.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
