Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain security of documents and data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
