Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and provide assistance to customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
