Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
