Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
