Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required, such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
