Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
