We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are attractive.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with the management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
