Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. values in your work
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Comply with company policies and uphold document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience operating store equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
