Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
