Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and perform general cleaning duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages according to state and local requirements
