Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
• Provide efficient cashiering services and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Capability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
