Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
