Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate and be an essential part of our retail team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
