Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the store maintains its high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback to management and assist in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure compliance with company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
