Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
